PomPom Tutu Skirt

It is the perfect party skirt, but she will probably want to wear it more than just on special occasions! The skirt is wonderfully fluffy and the colorful pompoms are adjustable, so they can be spread evenly through the skirt or just bundled up.
The skirt has 5 layers: 4 layers of tulle and 1 layer of satin as a soft inner lining for extra comfort. The elastic waist is very solid and stretchy and allows for growth.

Sizes:

Fabric: 95% Tulle, 5% Satin.
Washing: Hand wash at Cold (86°F) / 30°C and lay flat to dry.
